Applications have started for İSKİ’s “Memory of Water” short film competition

Applications have started for the “Memory of Water Short Film Competition” organized by the Istanbul Water and Sewerage Administration (İSKİ) for the third time this year.

The competition aims to draw attention to the importance of water in living things, the protection of water resources and environmental sustainability. This year's theme is "From the First Drop to Eternity".

The competition will be open to university students across Turkey and will be open to applications at suyuhafizasi.com between May 20 and November 1, 2025.

Participants are expected to explain the water cycle, protect water basins and emphasize the unifying power of water through short films.

Last year, İSKİ held the competition with the theme of “Peace with Water for the Future”.

At the end of the competition, students selected by the jury's evaluation will be given awards and plaques.
